
- Vent. If you are having a bad day and need to vent, call a trusted friend, write it down, or talk to a family member and just cry it out. They will understand and will be happy to help. Be sure you call an understanding friend that is good at cheering you up. Don't call a self-absorbed friend or someone that cant handle crying. You will feel way better after a good talk with a wonderful friend or beloved family member.
